Yantai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd established in 2005, located in Economic Development Area of Qixia City, Shandong Province. It is high-tech enterprise. Main products are pneumatically operated spillway gate, rubber dam, filter belt, conveyor belt, etc.

The workshop is 22,000 square meters, equipment 200 sets, worker 230. It owns 11 patents for invention, 18 patents for utility. A Rubber Dam is a highly efficient water controlling structure with a permanent structure comprising a sheet of rubber-coated fabric (rubber body) which is fixed to a reinforced concrete foundation using clamp plates and anchor bolts. The rubber dam is inflated by pumping air or water inside the rubber body until the design height or pressure is reached. It is deflated by allowing the air or water inside the rubber body to escape.

The whole dam air bag strength

The whole dam airbag, also called none overlap joints dam airbag. It produce according to the whole manufacturing technology, which realized by the super large curing press and the patented technology of folding and curing the sulfide.
