1.Company Profile

   Yantai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd established in 2005, located in Economic Development Area of Qixia City, Shandong Province,which shifted from military technology (Belonging to Nuclear industry system previously). It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in designing,manufacturing and sales of rubber filter belt,rubber conveyor belt ,spillway gates and rubber dam.
  The workshop is 22,000 square meters, equipment 200 sets, workers 230. It owns 11 patents for invention, 18 patents for utility. Rubber filter belt is our first product, and we drafted the standard of this product in China. High quality and perfect service have won good reputation from our customers. Our production for rubber filter belt is around 500 pcs per year, and we covers at least 80% of market share of China. Super-wide belt from 4000 to 6000mm without splice can be made in a short time, which helps our customers save much cost! 2.Rubber Filter Belt
Rubber filter belt is also called rubber drainage belt(vacuum belt), it is key part of vacuum belt filter(HVBF or VBF). The Carcass material of belt is PE/EE, which has excellent qualities like high strength, anti-acid/alkali/petrol/low and high temperature, and the most outstanding feature is low elongation rate under specified load, this can make sure the fabric is not easy to deform.
   According to different working conditions, rubber cover material can use different formulas then to meet different needs. Belt shaping and vulcanization are done in a single operation without the need for an additional splicing step, significantly enhancing belt straightness performance stability.
  Grooves are cutted or molded into top cover of rubber filter belt, and in the  specific middle, there will be drainage holes. When working with vacuum pump, filtrate can go to vacuum box through these holes. The drainage hole part is fabric-free, so that corrosive liquid will not contact fabric to cause delamination, this will prolong the service of a rubber filter belt.

With the development of the vacuum belt filter industry, more and more filters need 4m and wider belts. Sunny has the largest vulcanizing machine(3500x6600mm) in China, which can produce belt wide to 6m.
