The Self-Rising flood control barrier is composed of a fixed floor on the ground, a liftable water- retaining door panel, and rubber seals on both sides.
The opening and closing angle of the water-retaining door panel is automatically adjusted according to the hydraulic power with the flood water level, and the water-retaining door panel can be opened manually as well as by itself.
