Brief Introduction
Rubber Filter - Belt , with another name of Vacuum Belt , is the critical part for horizontal belt vacuum filter. On the surface of the rubber belt , there are rows of transverse grooves with the displacement holes in the middle of the grooves . Stabilized Dzcron sailcloth ( Polyester canvas ) or terylene fabrics of superior performance is adopted as its framework material , with such fea - tures as high strength , resistance of acid , alkali , heat , oil and coldness . Of which , various formulations are adopted according to different application conditions for top and bottom rubber covers to meet the needs in different operating conditions . Process of one - shot sulfurization forming is adopted for the production of rubber belt , which has ensured the mechanical stability of rubber belt .
