The structure of the skirt-edge is undulated, providing good elasticity and great elongation. When passing by the roller, the skirt-edge will not break and can also prevent crumpling of the filter cloth.

 

Underneath the bonded undulating apron, there are supporting devices. The skirt-edge runs on the supporting structure, increasing the toughness of the rubber skirt-edge and ensuring high shock resistance.

The bond ways of skirt-edge

(1)Hot vulcanization : applicable for working conditions with high temperature , strong acid and strong alkali . With good bond capability and long service life , but the period of the local bond work is long , and high cost , the process transportation and installation of the factory is not convenient .

(2)Cold bonding : using the adhesive to bond the rubber belt with skirt - edge lo be a whole body . This way is convenient to local work , and it is easy to operate , the speed of bond is very quick and with low cost , but the bond degree is not good , and the period of using is short .
