Structure:
 

Four parts:
Top cover rubber; Bottom cover rubber; Reinforced core; Cross rigid. 

The side of the Sidewall Belt and the diaphragm are connected to the base belt by a secondary vulcanization method, and the height of the rib is 60-500mm.

The thickness of the upper cover rubber is generally 3-6mm;
the thickness of the lower cover rubber is generally 1.5-4.5mm.
The large inclination flange conveyor belt is wholesale. The core material can bear the tensile force.

The material can be cotton canvas (CC), nylon canvas (NN). , Polyester canvas (EP) or wire rope core (ST).

  

    In order to increase the transverse rigidity of the baseband, a special reinforcing layer is added to the core, which is called the transverse rigid layer. The width specification of the base tape is the same as that of ordinary tape, which complies with national standards. The throughput can reach 6000 cubic meters / hour.
