The ribbing belt is the abbreviation of the ribbing conveyor belt. There are mainly corrugated ribbing conveyor belts (also known as skirt conveyor belts) and high-inclined ribbed conveyor belts. The only difference between the two is that the large-inclined ribbed conveyor belts have more transverse separation board. The base belt of the edge conveyor belt is required to have a certain tensile strength and abrasion resistance. For the corrugated ribbed conveyor belt with empty edges, in order to meet the requirements of the angle change, the tape must be flexible in the longitudinal direction and certain rigidity in the transverse direction.
The large-inclined wave-shaped side rib is composed of a base band, a rib and a transverse partition. The ribs prevent the material from slipping and falling. In order to easily bypass the drum, the ribs are designed in a corrugated shape; the role of the transverse partition is to support the material. In order to achieve a large inclination, the T-type TC type is used. The ribs and diaphragms are connected to the baseband by a secondary vulcanization method, which has high connection strength.
The base tape is composed of an upper cover rubber, a lower cover rubber, a belt core and a transverse rigid layer. The thickness of the upper cover rubber is generally 3-6mm; the thickness of the lower cover rubber is generally 1.5-4.5mm. The core material can bear the tensile force. The material can be cotton canvas (CC), nylon canvas (NN), polyester canvas (EP) or Wire rope core (ST). In order to increase the transverse rigidity of the baseband, a special reinforcing layer is added to the core, which is called a transverse rigid layer.

4. It can make all kinds of bulk materials be conveyed continuously at any inclination angle of 0-90 degrees. It has the characteristics of large inclination angle, wide application range, small floor area and high conveying capacity.
